The 32 floor development consists of 82 residential apartments as well as 3 bustling restaurants, a car park and outdoor areas accessible to the public The development is located close to Tottenham Court Road Underground Station and is a short walk away from Oxford Street. What makes a brilliant Rendall & Rittner Security Officer? You will be the lone security officer working alongside other night staff to ensure the development is kept to a high standard in terms of cleanliness, safety and customer service. you’ll be a true expert in security and customer service, who uses this to lead, engage and inspire others you’ll help to ensure the safety of all residents, guests and staff at the development throughout your shifts your team matters to you, so you support them, working together, building strong working relationships with residents, guests and external contractors, ultimately being part of a strong unified working environment. you’ll already have some brilliant experience behind you reporting any concerns to management, as well as investigating any areas of concern raised by the team. You will be someone who takes on a hands on approach, using your own initiative to ensure the environment aligns with the companies standard. You have experience managing unauthorised access, theft and vandalism issues, liaising with internal and external sources and keeping up to date logs of all your activity. Be happy to participate in cross training initiatives with the aim of further developing skills and experience. Possess excellent communication skills with the ability to read body language and manage challenging situations.
