We accept referrals for Orthopaedic Surgery, Soft Tissue Surgery, Neurology and Neurosurgery, Internal Medicine, Dentistry, Cardiology, Anaesthesia, Dermatology, Diagnostic Imaging, Oncology, Physiotherapy as well as Emergency and Critical Care (ECC) and a Pain Clinic.
We have comprehensive and established clinical and non-clinical programmes for training, development and CPD.
You can find us in Hampshire, just south of Winchester, close to the M3 and national and international transport links. We are in a serene countryside setting with state-of-the-art facilities and are available to look after pets 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

Your role and responsibilities
The Night shifts are predominantly inpatient care including high dependency and assisting with out of hour (OOH) emergencies. As a Night or Twilight nurse, you will be working alongside an experienced out of hours nursing team who have a passion for the work they do. Our caseload guarantees you will be able to put your nursing skills into practice and will be used to their full potential in a highly rewarding environment. We give excellent support to all our team members.
The night position includes working 3 set weekday nights, plus 1 in 3 Saturday nights.
Experience in referral nursing is preferred, however not essential.
To be considered for this role, candidates must:
- Be a qualified Registered Veterinary Nurse (RVN) with proven experience in a similar role
- Have good organisational and communication skills
- Work well in a busy environment
- Have a proactive 'can do' attitude
- Be eligible to work in the UK.
Due to the nature of work during the out of hours service, the ideal candidate will have proven experience as an RVN and is confident working with minimal supervision.
