We are currently recruiting for a Night Receptionist to join our Radisson Blu Edwardian Grafton Hotel, this role comes with forward career progression.
Overview:
An amazing opportunity to join Edwardian Hotels at our Radisson Blu Edwardian Grafton Hotel as a Night Receptionist.
As a Night Receptionist, you will be responsible for meeting and greeting our guest, including check and check out procedures and dealing with guest enquires during the night operation.
Ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction is delivered all times in line with our core values and standards, exceeding guest expectations.
About You:
Previous hotel reception experience is required ideally within a 4- or 5-star hotel operation.
Previous experience of IT applications including Opera, Office 365, Guest Plus.
Demonstrates excellent attention to detail and customer service skills.
Impeccable command of the English language both written and spoken.
