Job description
We are looking for an energetic night auditor to join our dynamic team of talents. Providing a warm welcome and anticipating guests needs will come as second nature to you, as will be your impressive multi-tasking skills.
What you will be doing:
- Ensuring all guests are attended to promptly and efficiently in the most professional way and without delay;
- Check hotel guests in and out and assist with luggage when required;
- Serve food and liquor to company standards;
- Ensure all revenue is correctly charged and monies are securely kept;
- End of day reports, banking and other admin tasks;
- Actioning of early morning calls at the time specified and to the standards laid down;
- Carry out the minimum of 2 security checks at regular intervals with special emphasis on security, fire and safety;
- Cleaning of areas as requested, removal of all trays, glasses from public areas, bedroom corridors as necessary;
- Prepare breakfast before finishing the shift;
- To attend all relevant training as and when required;
- To show willingness to take on additional responsibilities when necessary.
Work Experience
- Previous hotel experience preferred;
- Knowledge of using computer and hotel based applications;
- Fluent in English;
- Problem Solver;
- Ensure that the guests are completely satisfied at every stage of their stay with us, from check-in to check-out;
- Confident and Fit to work at nights;
- End of day reports, banking and other admin tasks;
- Keep reception area clean & tidy;
