The Cow Hollow Hotel is a beautifully-designed, intimate and quiet boutique hotel in the heart of the Northern Quarter. Currently one of the best hotels in Manchester, it boasts 16 beautifully designed rooms and a hipster social vibe. It has a heavy focus on friendly and engaging customer service - which is why we need you!
This full-time role is 40 hours per week, and consists of five overnight reception shifts (11pm-8am). The role will also involve additional holiday cover.
What are we looking for:
- 1-2 Years hotel experience.
- 1-2 Years night reception experience.
- Someone who lives and breathes hospitality.
- Applicants should have experience WORKING NIGHTS in any role
Responsibilities will include but not limited to:
- Respond to guest requests and feedback as they arise.
- Manage the overnight procedures and operations.
- Organise the continental breakfast bags.
- Guest relations: Assist our guests and go the extra mile to assure full customer satisfaction.
