Job description
We are looking for a customer service focused Night Receptionist to join our team
Must be computer literate and able to work using own initiative.
Will be undertaking hourly checks of the building, checking in customers , inputting reservations and a daily task list and all other duties as required.
In this position you will be responsible for providing a warm welcome to guests including late arrivals, and assisting with early departures, ensuring all relevant paperwork has been completed in order for a smooth hand-over at the end of your shift.
You will be on shift with either a second Night Receptionist or a Security team member
You will be looking after the guests and the building during your working hours.
Duties Include:
- Handling internal and external phone calls
- Managing basic accounting procedures
- invoicing, payments and cash operations
- Checking in and out of Guests
- Maintaining security standards and addressing any issues
- Good interpersonal skills
- Guest and service orientated
- Ability to handle different situations ie fire alarms
- Responsiveness
- Ability to work autonomously

- Self control
- Well organised
Experience would be advantageous; However training is available for the right candidate.
Shifts would be 3 days out of 7 Monday - Sunday working 11pm -7am

Salary: £10.42 per hour
