Pontins Southport offers on-site bars and restaurants, as well as featuring a Nisa Local, Arcade, regular Entertainment, Themed Weekends, and children’s amusement activities. We are looking to recruit a Night Manager onto the team.
This role requires you to ensure the highest standard of customer care and safety. You will provide training for all night personnel on standards and procedures, ensuring effective communication on nights in all areas and to read and sign all communications issued.
The successful candidate will have a proven record managing a night shift ideally within the hospitality industry, you will be organised, punctual and efficient. An excellent degree of communication skills will be demonstrated with both colleagues and with customers.
