Night Housekeeper Lead ​

Location: New Hall Hospital

Hours: Part Time 25 Hours PW

We are currently seeking an enthusiastic individual to join our Hotel Services Team. Applicants will enjoy working within a team and have a desire to gain further skills bringing professionalism and excellent customer care to New Hall Hospital.

The successful applicant will work closely with the Housekeeping Manger to provide a premium level of service to our patients, staff, and visitors and will be involved in all aspects of service in housekeeping.

The successful candidate's key responsibilities will include:

• Implementing weekly and monthly audits.

• The recruitment of inductions/performance review of all staff within your department.

• Undertaking managerial tasks as requested by the Housekeeping Manager.

• Working independently and managing own priorities and adhering to strict guidelines.

• Developing and maintaining effective inter-personal relationships to work with others.

The successful candidate will have:

• Previous team lead experience

• Strong organisational skills.

• Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment and independently as required

• Flexibility and adaptability to meet the changing needs of the business

• An ability to promote and encourage the professional development of teams

• A creative and innovative leadership style in line with Ramsay vision, values and principles
