Night Housekeeper Lead
Location: New Hall Hospital
Hours: Part Time 25 Hours PW
We are currently seeking an enthusiastic individual to join our Hotel Services Team. Applicants will enjoy working within a team and have a desire to gain further skills bringing professionalism and excellent customer care to New Hall Hospital.
The successful applicant will work closely with the Housekeeping Manger to provide a premium level of service to our patients, staff, and visitors and will be involved in all aspects of service in housekeeping.
The successful candidate's key responsibilities will include:
Implementing weekly and monthly audits.
The recruitment of inductions/performance review of all staff within your department.
Undertaking managerial tasks as requested by the Housekeeping Manager.
Working independently and managing own priorities and adhering to strict guidelines.
Developing and maintaining effective inter-personal relationships to work with others.
The successful candidate will have:
Previous team lead experience
Strong organisational skills.
Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment and independently as required
Flexibility and adaptability to meet the changing needs of the business
An ability to promote and encourage the professional development of teams
A creative and innovative leadership style in line with Ramsay vision, values and principles
