Job description
Our client is currently looking for a Night Concierge to join the team at a luxury residential building in West London. Shift pattern is 3 on, 3off, 7pm-7am
Position: Night Concierge
Location: West London
Salary: £24,000 per annum
Shift Pattern: 3 on, 3 off, 7pm to 7am
Key Responsibilities:
- You will be responsible for the day to day smooth running of the reception area as well as all communal areas of the building.
- Meeting and greeting residents and visitors and providing a high level of customer service at all times.
- Liaising with and supervising contractors undertaking works on-site.
- Undertaking building patrols to ensure the security of the building and to report any maintenance problems to the Property Manager.
- Assisting residents with day to day queries.
- Managing and distributing keys, post and parcels.
- Answering the telephone, logging all messages and dealing with general enquiries.
- Recording any incidents that occur and responding to requests quickly and effectively.
- Issuing building fobs and parking permits.
Experience working in luxury residential buildings would be ideal however experience working in 4/5* hotels or other luxury hospitality environments would also be desirable.
