Night Concierge - Resident Services Agent Birmingham, England
Job description
Our client is a highly successful prestigious property organisation and they are currently seeking an on site Resident Services Agent for nights shifts at their luxury apartments in Birmingham.
You will be responsible for assisting residents and visitors with any general enquiries, providing a warm and courteous welcome as you do so. This will be face to face and whilst taking incoming calls. You will also be required to take on some light administrative duties, deal with incoming post and deliveries, general health and safety checks and ensuring the building is managed and maintained to a high standard.
Customer service is key to our client and you must therefore have excellent organisational skills, good people skills and be able to multitask and work well under pressure.
The salary for this role is £28,000 - £30,000 and the working hours will be 7pm-7am working 4 consecutive nights with the following 4 days/nights off.
