Bloomfield Care Home are looking for exceptional care assistants to join our team of night carers.
Bloomfield offer high quality residential and dementia care for those over 65.

We currently have a Night Care Assistants position that we are recruiting for:
- Each Night shift is 11 hours 9 pm to 8 am.
All posts will incorporate weekends and bank holidays. The rotas are done 4 weeks in advance so all staff have plenty of notice of which shifts they will be working.
Our staff are recruited for their caring and considerate nature, in the knowledge that each of them plays a crucial role in our residents welfare.
Requirements:-
- The candidate must have a willingness to undertake QCF qualifications.
- Bloomfield requires two references.
- Bloomfield also expects the candidate to fund their DBS which would be refunded after a successful probationary period.
Responsibilities:-
Your day-to-day duties may include:
- Getting to know residents and their interests and needs
- Helping with personal care like washing, using the toilet and dressing
- Serving out meals, drinks and snacks
- Carrying out general tasks like housework and laundry
- Supporting families to get used to new caring responsibilities
- Working with other health and social care professionals to provide individual care and development plan
- Undertake daily record keeping duties
