Salary: £10.70 per hour + weekend supplement of £2.50 per hour
Full and Part Time or Relief Hours available
Sancroft Hall is a residential home for older people and specialises in providing care for those living with dementia.
Sancroft has a CQC ‘good’ rating and has been recognised by Care Home UK as one of the 20 best care homes in London 2020 and 2021.
We are currently recruiting to our Night Care Team to help us enable our residents to lead fuller and more meaningful lives. The post holder will support the Home Manager to provide and maintain a safe and secure environment during the night.
You will need to have relevant experience, working in night care, and be qualified to the minimum of NVQ Level 2 in social care or equivalent. You must possess excellent and effective numeracy, literacy and ICT skills; together with the ability to keep accurate records and follow written instructions.
The Night Care worker must be able to contribute to the success of the whole organisation by respecting colleagues and participating in team meetings (also during the day when required) and SCC Ltd communication systems.
The role requires clearance from the Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) if you’re going to be working with vulnerable groups, like the elderly or people with disabilities.
Sancroft Hall is located 10 miles from the city centre and just 13 minutes to Euston from Harrow & Wealdstone station there are great transport links via the Metropolitan Line, Watford DC Line and national rail service. It is easily accessible to the M1, M25 and A406.
