We are looking for Registered Nurses to join our fantastic team at Haddon House, Ilkeston. At Four Seasons Healthcare, we recognise the value that our Nurses bring, and so we are offering a generous salary of £49,192 and a Welcome Bonus of £1500.

As a Registered Nurse you will:
- Deliver and oversee the highest possible standards of person centred care
- Lead by example and building a culture of pride and empowerment, and promote an inclusive working environment
- Promote resident wellbeing and ensure person centred Care Plans are robust, and accurately reflect the residents’ changing care needs
- Oversee all aspects of medicine management
- Lead a team of dedicated care staff and work with the Management Team to implement lessons learnt for continuous improvement
- Build and maintain effective relationships within the care home community – this includes Residents, family members, visitors and social care professionals
- Oversee, support and provide guidance on meaningful end of life care to residents, family members, friends and the care team
- Participate knowledgably and professionally in all inspection visits from CI/CQC, Local Authority and CCG’s, and ensuring the teams are ready at all times to do the same
- Support in management of the care team to ensure that rotas and staffing levels are as effective as possible, and assist with the onboarding and induction of new staff
- Ensure that yourself and the care team are up to date with mandatory training, continuous professional development and Policies & Procedures
- Undertake unit audits in medication, care planning, risk assessment, health and safety and infection control
- Identify and report any safeguarding/ Adult Support and Protection and/or DOLS issues or concerns
