Medical Imaging Partnership is an independent sector healthcare company based near Gatwick. It was established in 2010 and provides imaging and diagnostic services such as MRI, CT and x-ray.

The postholder is responsible for:
1. Providing administrative support for the central management of contracts with NHS commissioners, NHS Trusts, partners, sub-contractors & the independent sector.
2. Maintain overview of contracts for NHS service delivery & property.
3. Administrative support in monitoring and reporting the performance of service delivery contracts.
4. Being an ambassador for the company and live the company’s vision and values.
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES AND KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
· Maintain a database of contracts for service delivery & property.
· Monitor contract cycles and keep a record of progress with contract renewals.
· Monitor the tender portals and support the completion of tender responses.
· Prepare qualitative and quantitative data reports as per individual contract performance requirements liaising with the Governance team and Business Intelligence Analyst to gather the required information.
· Maintain & update action logs for service reviews, preparing information as required and following- up responses or actions.
· Undertake data audits to identify deviations in performance & rectification plan.
· Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of NHS contract requirements.
· Investigate and respond to invoice queries both internally and externally including validating backing data.
· Assist in investigation and responding to patient queries, feedback, complaints and incidents.
· Liaise with the Referral Centre, Teleradiology and PACS to ensure performance KPIs are met.
· To arrange meetings, site visits and workshops.

KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE
· Excellent organization skills
· Good IT and analytical skills eg Microsoft Excel, Power BI
· Good interpersonal and communication skills
· Flexible approach
· Previous healthcare experience and specifically NHS contracts would be an advantage
