Hype Partners is primarily remote culture with team members spread across the globe, however, the core team is primarily based in Europe. We help leading Web3 organizations supercharge their growth. As an NFT strategist, you will lead and oversee engagements for our NFT client base, identifying and quantifying their business problems related to our core services offering. Work with our global team to create impactful solutions addressing their underlying issues and helping them achieve their business goals.


Responsibilities


  • Organize calls, prepare background research and document notes about the client

  • Build a strategic roadmap for key clients based on brief and industry research

  • Stay informed about the latest tools and technologies in the industry

  • Create and pitch concepts for project launch, growth, and engagement

  • Ensure solid retention of key clients through effective client management

  • Liaise with the client and internal hype departments to ensure the campaign strategy is successful and update the internal team in a timely manner on any changes requested by the client

  • Maintain all client activities on Hype’s CRM

  • Achieve weekly and monthly KPIs’ as defined by the business.

  • Maintain a high level of productivity, manage multiple competing priorities and time zones, and work effectively under the pressure of time constraints in a fast-paced, complex, collaborative, and team-oriented environment.


  • 1+ years of experience in the web 3 space, specifically in the NFT space

  • 2+ years of experience as an account manager

  • Experience effectively managing multiple clients at the same time

  • Good understanding of the NFT and Metaverse ecosystem

  • Able to function independently, as well as collaboratively with Hype team members

  • Passionate about developing and delivering exceptional outcomes and results for clients

  • Resourcefulness, proactivity, and excellent communication skills.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and respond quickly to news and trends

  • Fluent spoken and written English is essential; other languages are an advantage
