The Role
Are you excited by the buzz of opening a new restaurant? We are looking to appoint a New Openings Operations Manager to support us with our extensive growth plans - bringing the authentic tastes of the South to all corners of the country.

Reporting into the 'Head of Openings’, you will lead your own team of experts who will travel with you as we continue to expand our Hickory's family. You will be responsible for setting up our new restaurants and helping them take the first steps on their Hickory's journey.
Essential requirements of a Hickory’s New Openings Operations Manager
- Ideally previous experience as a General Manager or Openings Manager within a fast-paced restaurant environment
- Strong passion for the industry and for guest satisfaction
- Ability to lead and inspire teams of up to 10 Managers and up to 150 Team Members in each restaurant
- An open mind and an ability to travel. The role requires plenty of road trips and nights away from home
- Eperience within a restaurant environment is essential for this role.
