GENERAL MANAGER for our New Concept - RAW, SPITALFIELDS
£80000 package DOE
THE ROLE
We are currently recruiting for a talented and highly skilled General Manager with lots of personality, charm & charisma for our new and exciting concept called RAW. Spread over two floors, the concept will be clean, refined and elevated - RAW is a State of Mind. We will be serving top quality & homemade food including the best seafood, amazing steaks & exquisite wines and cocktails.... it's all very exciting, more details will be explained during the interview process.
As GM you will take ownership of all aspects of running the venue. You will be given a lot of autonomy and be expected to run the site as if it were your own business. You must be business savvy and have great commercial acumen to successfully lead the operation. Your team will look up to you and you will take the time to train, nurture and develop your staff to maintain incredibly high standards and guest satisfaction. You should have fantastic floor and bar knowledge.
This role would suit someone that has been a GM in a busy and high-volume venue before. You will be given the opportunity to train, grow and progress your career as our venue portfolio grows.

REQUIREMENTS
Energetic, creative, welcoming - a true Hospitality leader- Able to work under pressure with ease, nothing can phase you
- Must have minimum 3 years’ experience as GM in high volume venues
- Solid communication skills and insane organisational skills
- Superb guest & floor service skills
- Excellent all-round business knowledge from financials to guest satisfaction
- Forward thinking & confident in what you do
- Passionate about recruitment, training, mentoring & growing the team
- Keen to join an independent and fast-growing company
- Personal License holder
