Working hours: 20 hours a week - flexible on days and times

What You'll be Doing Each Day:
You will support the company's Ambassador for employees with Disabilities/Medical Conditions work closely with those employees that need support
Support Groups:
- Talk with employees who reach out, answer question’s and connect them with the Support Group Leaders.
- Work to bring on board any new support groups which may form by agreeing to take names, numbers and feedback interest from staff
- Talk with individuals who are interested in being Support Group allies beginning 2023.
- Work with Support Group Leaders to continually track numbers of group members (monthly) and other metrics as determined.
- Schedule meetings for Blind and Visually Impaired and Brain Injury Groups; take notes for Meetings.
- Serve as Support Group Yammer coordinator - New governance process requires that any site have a primary and secondary owner assigned
Business Use Administrative Support Work:
- Manage diary, travel arrangements and expenses
- Assist with document preparations for reports, presentations, etc.
- Manage Global Ambassador’s profile on LinkedIn to promote the work helping employees
- Support tracking of accommodations assistance & resolution
R&D and Support Groups – Business Connection:
- Assist with outreach to R&D to inform of Support Groups for potential input and support for Brand and R&D work.

Skills/Experience needed:
- Being an empathetic and kind person whom people with disabilities and medical conditions can trust.
- Must maintain confidentiality
- Proficient in Microsoft applications including but not limited to, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams
