Job description
Seymours Land and New Homes are recruiting for an experienced New Homes Sales Consultant to work on a site in Sheerwater, Woking.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing enquiries, conducting viewings, completing reservation appointments and all associated administrative tasks as well as assisting our buyers and liaising with solicitors and brokers through the legal process from sale to completion.
The role also includes conducting market research, attending and giving insight at marketing meetings and reporting to both the developer and to the management team within Seymours.
This position is site-based for 5 days per week from Thursday through to Monday (10am-5pmTuesdays and Wednesdays off). There will be opportunities to progress on to other sites or positions within our company in the future for the right candidate.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: £30,000.00-£40,000.00 per year

Experience:
- New Homes sales: 1 year (preferred)
