Lobster is a creative production house bringing brands and people together, working with brands and advertising agencies to produce TV commercials and short form content.
We’re on the hunt for a New Business Lead to join our close-knit team on either a freelance or part-time basis.
The purpose of the role is to fine-tune and put into action our business development strategy to promote the company, find opportunities, generate leads and nurture our roster of directors.
We’re looking for candidates with at least 2-years of experience within the industry at a similar position but we’re very open to discussing the role with those of varying experience levels and reflective salaries/rates. Most importantly, we’re looking for someone who’s excited by the role and has the passion and knowledge to open doors to help this Lobster grow.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prospecting with advertising agencies and brands
- Presenting Lobster to brands and agencies
- Building and maintaining relationships with existing and prospective clients
- Managing press releases / PR for the launch of new work and client wins
