We are currently seeking a talented and dedicated Business Development Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in new business development and client relationship management.
Role Overview
The Business Development Manager will play a pivotal role in generating new business opportunities for FLYNN. The main focus will be on developing relationships with prospective clients and converting those relationships into business opportunities in the realm of product design consulting, new product development, and prototyping. You will generate new business leads that convert to business. You will be adept at creating great new clients for our agency.
Key responsibilities
1. Generate new client leads that are primed to engage , with a high conversion rate.
2. Understand client needs and work alongside the director in development of sales offers and quotes.
3. Maintain an accurate and ongoing sales pipeline using a CRM.
4. ongoing review of Strategic approaches, brainstorming and implementation of new business development initiatives.
YOUR Expertise
1. Proven business development, sales, experience, ideally within the design services industry and preferably with experience in manufacturing or engineering design business.
2. Proven ability to develop leads which convert to new clients.
3. Strong client relationship management skills and the ability to network and build relationships.
4. Self-motivated, ambitious, and goal-oriented.
5. Right to work in the UK.

Job Types: Part-time, Temp to perm
Contract length: 6 months
Part-time hours: 20 per week
Salary: £25,000.00-£100,000.00 per year
