The Role
The New Build Project Manager is a key role in delivering an aspiring and enterprising programme of large scale and innovative New Build Development schemes across the region. This role is important in delivering Bolton at Home goal of quality and affordable homes for our communities.
Outcomes:
Achievement of an ambitious New Build Scheme Programme
Offer a range of quality homes: affordable, new or renovated, affordable, energy efficient, safe and modern in a community setting.
Deliver new build schemes in accordance with Health & Safety, Development Standards and Homes England compliance and audit requirements.
