· Install, configure, and manage network switches and firewalls.
· Create and manage IPsec tunnels (Virtual Private Network) for enabling remote work for clients.
· Setup and manage Windows, MacOS and Linux based servers for clients.
· Create and manage Active Directory, Windows Server Domain Controllers and File Servers.
· Manage Windows network using Group Policy.
· Setup and manage virtual machines in VMWare vSphere ESXi and vCenter.
· Maintain system backups for disaster recovery using Veeam Availability Suite.
· Create and manage users and licenses on Microsoft 365 platform.
· Create and manage SharePoint Online Sites for clients.
· Debug computers with Windows and MacOS operating systems on daily basis.
· Manage and contribute to the company’s GitHub PowerShell and bash script code repository.
· Manage company devices using Datto Remote Management and Monitoring software.
· Manage company-owned mobile devices and kiosks using Microsoft Endpoint Manager.
· Manage Azure cloud-based virtual machines.
· Create and manage IT documentation to track hardware and software assets.
· Manage client software patching.
· Configure and manage MacOS and iOS devices via Apple Business Manager and Addigy MDM.
Requires 1 to 2 years of experience
This is a full time position of 30 hours per week in Vancouver, BC

Skills Requirements:
· Required Education:
o A Bachelor’s Degree or a College Diploma in Computer Science or a related field.
· Required Work Experience:
o 1 to 2 years of work experience in a similar field.
o Working knowledge of creating and managing IPsec tunnels (Virtual Private Network) for enabling remote work for clients.
o Working knowledge of creating and managing Active Directory, Windows Server Domain Controllers and File Servers.
o Working knowledge of VMWare vSphere ESXi and vCenter.
o Working knowledge of Datto Remote Management and Monitoring software.
o Working knowledge of Microsoft Endpoint Manager.
o Experience with:
§ Networking.
§ Windows Server.
§ Linux Server.
§ MacOS Server.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $29.00 per hour
