Your role
We are looking for a Technical Specialist to work within a team of 11 to provide world class Network, Implementation and Project Support services to several key Fujitsu Customers. Your role will be varied and will involve the following key responsibilities.
- Designing and Implementing Technical Changes
- Building Software regimes and contributing technically to service development
- Managing Network incidents to resolution
- Maintaining Network Related Service and support documentation
You will be expected to follow established processes, and were applicable document enhancements that result in the elimination of problems as well as proactively develop the service.
You will be expected to be part of a 1 in 3 on call rota supporting our accounts 24x7x365
Your experience
The successful applicant will be expected to able to demonstrate their suitability for the role as follows:
- Evidencing supporting multiple accounts and multiple technologies as well as embracing new cloud based and virtual networking technologies.
- Evidencing the production of Technical Documents for team members and non-technical documentation to support management initiatives
