Job description
Responsibilities
· Daily network monitoring, repair, and maintenance activities, support all network related issues and outages to minimize customer network impact and expedited resolution
· Generate reports for the management and Sales team
· Monitor the status of network alarms, alerts, incidents, and processes to ensure daily carrier/vendor, engineering, and field operations dispatches and repairs are being completed timely
· Monitor systems and performance of systems using various tools and dashboards
· Troubleshooting and resolving quality problems in a quick manner
· Routing adjustments to ensure optimized quality on technical basis
· Daily maintenance and monitoring of Cisco servers
Experience
No former job experience is required for the role. Training will be provided in house, to teach how to utilise in house systems.
All that is required is a bachelor’s degree and willingness to learn.
