Job Description:

Based in Dearborn, Michigan, the Extranet Network Engineering team is responsible for design, testing and support of new network technologies deployed within the Extranet space.

Responsibilities include:

Coordination with Network Planning teams on hardware and software upgrades,
Testing and certification of Network equipment, code and processes.
Research of new Extranet technologies - Pilot and deployment of new Extranet technologies
3rd level Support of network hardware and software.

Skills Required:

Cisco Firewalls and Firewall tools: - Firepower (hardware, configuration and code) - ASA hardware, configuration and code) Firepower Managment Center, Cisco Security Manager
Cisco AnyConnect Palo Alto Firewalls: - Firewall appliances - Virtual firewalls - Prisma Access service - Panorama Scripting/automation skills - with Python or similar platform Cisco routers and switches Network Security Tools Device and Code testing Troubleshooting Network and firewall related issues

Skills Preferred:

- F5 load balancers - Cisco ISE - Cisco Stealthwatch/SNA

Experience Required:

6+ years Firewalls 6+ years in routing/switching 3+ years Network security

Education Required:

Minimum BS/BE in one of the following or similar: - Computer Science - Computer Engineering - Information Systems

Education Preferred:

CCNA CCNP
