Through expert skills and collaboration, we configure, test, troubleshoot and continually monitor our customers networks to seamlessly ensure the resilience and availability they need.


This role can be based in London, Birmingham, Hatfield or Sheffield.

What you’ll be doing
  • Designing and configuring, testing and troubleshooting networks
  • Translating customer requirements into accurate, working configurations, diagrams and instructions for other agents
  • Providing point of technical escalation within the team for complex issues and leading knowledge-sharing opportunities
  • Providing remote support to onsite engineers during solution deployment and resolving issues
  • Willingness to take part in an on-call rota in the future

What we would like to see on your CV
  • CISCO CCNP Accreditation
  • Experience of designing, configuring and troubleshooting Cisco networks
  • Firewall experience would be advantageous
  • Meraki/Cisco SDWAN experience would be beneficial
  • The successful candidate must be willing to undergo Government Security Clearance to SC level, which requires residence in the UK for a minimum of 5 years.

Flexible Working
This role offers a 3 together, 2 wherever working model. This means you are required to be at your contractual location 3 days a week with 2 flexible days per week.
