Network Administrator
Location: Crick
Contract Type: Full Time/Permanent
Salary: £23,500
Hours: 37.5 per week

Acting as an advocate for the Sainsbury’s culture, values and behaviours, you will assist in the control and management of the major retailer’s returns and customer order queries on a daily / weekly basis.

Demonstrate good written and verbal communication skills
Show commitment to health and safety, equal opportunities and anti-discriminatory practices in employment and service provision
Have an understanding of the needs for confidentiality and compliance with service regimes.
Demonstrate the ability to develop strong relationships and encourages teamwork
Have good numerical and analytical skills paying strong attention to details
Have experience in using Transport Management systems
Are PC literate with experience of Excel, Word, PowerPoint
Have the ability to work under pressure and flexible in their approach
Health & Safety - commitment to safety
Understands, encourages and complies with company/site safety policies and procedures. Completes all required training and takes personal responsibility for the safety of themselves and others.
What you’ll be doing
Communicating effectively to internal and external customers
Processing of returns
Liaising with suppliers and regional distribution Centre’s to resolve disputes
Generating invoices for stock returned to suppliers
Reporting and investigating issues as part of a continual improvement process
Generating and distributing reports centrally required by the Hub Managers, e.g. vehicle fill, delivered pallets by hub, journeys by hub, daily schedule & wave adherence for the network
Producing reports for further analysis from the Transport Management Systems
Ensuring relevant issues are escalated appropriately
This list is not exhaustive and you may be required to undertake any other duties deemed appropriate by your line manager to facilitate the smooth running of the depot.
