Job description
Applications are invited for the post of Network for East Anglian Collaborative Outreach (neaco) Data and Evaluation Analyst. The NEACO Data and Evaluation Analyst will have responsibility for monitoring progress and measuring the impact of activities delivered by the neaco project.
This post is part of the Uni Connect Programme (https://www.officeforstudents.org.uk/advice-and-guidance/promoting-equal-opportunities/uni-connect/), funded by the government and overseen by The Office for Students (OfS). As part of this national project, the University of Cambridge is acting as the lead for a partnership of Higher Education Institutions and other stakeholders across Norfolk, Suffolk, Cambridgeshire and Peterborough.
The NEACO Data and Evaluation Analyst will process learner data collected by partners and be responsible for its subsequent monitoring and analysis. They will liaise with internal and external partners to evaluate neaco's work, using our evaluation framework against which the projects outreach activity may be considered, or supporting partners with developing their own theory of change. The role will also be required to work closely and liaise with our external evaluators at The Faculty of Education. The post-holder will provide detailed management information for the neaco Steering and Executive Groups, and for inclusion in reporting to the Office for Students. The post holder will also liaise with other Uni Connect Partnerships nationally to ensure best practice in data collection, analysis, reporting, and evaluation of impact.
Additional information regarding the role can be found within the further particulars. Your application should clearly set out how you meet the criteria listed in the person profile (the knowledge, skills and experience required for the role) along with relevant examples. Candidates will be shortlisted based upon these criteria.
