This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced assistant to join the Store Operations Committee. Working to support the Project Director with administrative, professional, organisation and communication tasks including diary and time management. Must be highly accurate, articulate and professional. Must be proactive/reactive and able to prioritise a high volume of tasks and meet strict deadlines. Successful candidates will have integrity and be able to maintain a high level of confidentiality. They should also be positive, driven and self-sufficient.

Your New Role
- Administrative and professional support for Director and Committee
- Diary Management
- Report creation and data analysis
- Managing the efficient and accurate flow of communication both internally and externally
- Develop and maintain positive working relationships with internal and external business stakeholders, responding to requests in a polite and professional manner
- Processing invoices through ARIBA
- Updating Personnel data through Workday
About You
-
Previous PA experience in a corporate environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to build strong stakeholder engagement with internal colleagues through excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure, multitask and prioritise workload
- Ability to work to tight deadlines, plan ahead and effectively prioritise conflicting requirements
- Ability to work independently and in a structured, methodical manner
- Flexible to business requirements and able to change plans as circumstances change
- Strong work ethic and a team player
- Fully proficient in all elements of Microsoft Office along with the ability to quickly understand new software
- Takes personal responsibility for resolving queries and issues
- Ability to ask the right questions, challenging ineffective and inefficient processes
- Ability to take initiative and put newly acquired knowledge into practice quickly
- Relevant experience in an administration-based role

- Salary details £31,100 rising to £39,285
- Monday to Friday, 8am to 4:30pm, with the opportunity of 2 days a week remote working - General office hours apply but with flexibility to meet business needs when required.
