National Key Account Manager - ESS Remote

What you will be doing
Our National Key Account Manager is responsible for maintaining existing key accounts within our portfolio and also for identifying new business opportunities.
In swiftly building meaningful and long lasting relations from the start, you will ensure we are meeting agreed service levels at all times.
As the first point of customer contact you will work closely with our internal sales, hire desks and operational support services to ensure the customers’ requirements are met to the highest standards.
Our customers deserve the best possible service and should have an Account Manager who is a consummate professional, an expert at building rapport, ensures we are always delivering what was agreed and who ensures the good name of ESS is maintained at all times.
Do you have what it takes?
We are looking for an effective communicator, somebody who has worked in both account management and new business generation previously.
You will preferably have gained experience within the construction industry and be familiar with our various specialist markets.
Expert at seeking out new business and negotiating contract renewals, you will ensure that you are up to date with essential market knowledge and develop key contacts in your day to day activities.
