YOUR ROLE

  • Lead, shape & refine GTM strategy to deliver monthly, quarterly & annual NES & GP1 targets
  • Lead, inspire & develop UK Field Sales Team to achieve Top Down objectives as directed through a coaching & development culture
  • To significantly develop market share (customer base) & brand footprint through both retention of existing and acquisition of new clients aligned to Schwarzkopf Professional, Authentic Beauty Concept STMNT Grooming &
  • SalonLab&Me brand values
  • Significantly develop Key City brand footprints with particular reference to London, Glasgow, Birmingham, Manchester, Edinburgh, Cardiff & Belfast
  • Establish key client relations with leading customers in the direct channel
  • Drive value add sales approach through strong cross functional collaboration
  • Accelerate NPI distribution to drive value per door (SOW)
  • Strong negotiation of commercial agreements
  • Strong collaboration with Head of Direct Sales & wider MDM team

YOUR SKILLS

  • Preferably degree educated
  • Strategic thinker able to present robust factual argumentation
  • A proven track record of building and leading teams
  • Proven track record of market development ideally within premium brand sector
  • Excellent communicator & influencer with strong negotiation and presentation skills
  • Dynamic and self-motivated able to operate autonomously in a multi-faceted role
  • Good administration and IT skills to include MS Office
  • Highly flexible approach to business travel
  • Full & clean driving licence
