The role has been designed to bring together the IPS roles in our Drug and Alcohol services and also our Employment Advisor services within Talking Therapies.
The role will ensure there is a consistent With You approach to our employment offer across the organisation, but that also meets local population and service needs. The role will work with the policy and new business team to look at emerging changes in the employment landscape and ensure we can adapt to this. You will also be responsible for ensuring organisational and whole service engagement in our employment offer. The role will provide line management to our Senior IPS / Employment Advisor roles, and will work with them to recruit IPS/EA workers into services.
You will be an experienced leader ideally within the Integrated Support and Placement (IPS) remit, or equivalent. You will naturally develop relationships with our clients and key stakeholders. We are looking for a highly organised individual with excellent communication skills and able to manage their time effectively.

REQUIRED SKILLS
- Review the current With You employment offer in services
- Design a consistent With You employment service that has clear pathways, interventions, and outcomes that are measurable and are in line with best practice
- Ensure there is consistent and high quality of training of the employment staff within the organisation
- Engages all staff in services in the employment offer within the organisation
- Provide line management to Senior IPS / Employment Advisors Support Senior IPS / Employment Advisors on the recruitment of IPS/EAs in service and implementation of employment services at a local level
- Liaise with national bodies, including DWP and HEE on the roll out and training for these services
- Work with the organisational policy, MarComms and operational teams to increase the profile of the With You employment offer
- Oversee the delivery of a high performing employment service that meets the needs of our service users
