National Beauty Brand Trainer
Our client is passionate about luxury beauty! From brands focusing on advanced skin care, body care and hair care to pampering delights, They place luxury brands in Aesthetic clinics and salons, Department Stores, and Luxury Hotels and Spas.
They are looking to recruit a National Beauty Brand Trainer to be part of a highly motivated team and be responsible for training groups of therapists and consultants.
Responsibilities
Create and certify pioneering skincare service experiences across all channels
Deploy a wide variety of training methods including classroom, in-situ, digital & experiential training and ensure that market-specific commercial and cultural needs are met
Provide consultation and recommendations promoting customer centricity at every touch point
Complete regular programme evaluation and analysis, tracking KPI performance metrics & utilise learnings to evolve the education offering
Attend regular site visits to all of our locations, ensuring knowledge and team presentation is always kept up-to-date
Introduce therapists to the unique philosophies of the brands
Educating therapists and consultants to the highest standard to ensure that they gain a full understanding of our products and treatments
Imparting knowledge in an enthusiastic and professional manner
Representing the professionalism of the company
Working to specific lesson plans with efficiency whilst ensuring therapists have an excellent grasp on training content
Providing facials to the press and to VIPs
Assisting with social media and blog content
Motivating attendees to transfer learning into improved in-salon performance
Minimum Requirements
You must have a background as an experienced therapist
Beauty qualification to NVQ Level 3 or equivalent
Minimum of 3 years experience required
Highly motivated, enthusiastic and approachable
Proven experience in a similar role
A creative, fresh approach to training methodologies & learning technologies
Proven ability in designing and executing successful training programs
Ability to plan, multi-task and manage time effectively
Strong project management skills
Exceptional presenting skills, training, coaching and communication skills
Proven track record in sales is an advantage

Full-time position
Salary: £40,000.00 per year
