Account Manager
Founded in 2017, VooPoo has taken the market by storm with some of the most successful vape devices to ever hit the UK shelves. As of 2021, VooPoo has expanded its base of operations to multiple overseas territories including the UK. Currently VooPoo is recruiting National Account Managers to look after our currently retail accounts and expend to top retailers. Main Responsibilities:
As a National Account Manager, you will be tasked to open doors with leading retailers like ASDA, Tesco, Sainsburys, Morrisons, Amazon, Boots, etc, we are keen to speak to Account Managers from Health & Beauty, FMCG, Food Production, Large retailer or Manufacturing sectors with current relationships with the high street retails. You will also be responsible for managing a number of key existing National Accounts, increasing revenue spends and driving more listings into the specified retailers.
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced National Account Manager to join an expanding business and very quickly become a key player within the sales team.
· Responsible for breakthrough top high street retailers, establish relationship and trade partnership, working with clients to understand their businesses and goals, ensuring clients’ accounts are maintained.
· Working with existing business clients to ensure that service levels are achieved and that strong relationships are built.
· Proactively grow sales through identifying opportunities and selling new products and ranges.
· Responsibility for managing product cost prices to maximise contribution including the implementation of cost increases when required.
· Development and ongoing management of customer joint business plans where relevant, ensuring that these are aligned to business priorities.
· Acting as the first point of contact for clients and handling enquiries.
· Delivery of Forecast customer Volume, Net Sales, and Margin for the for relevant Customers.
· Continual evaluation of customer product mix to drive improved profitability incorporating initiatives such cost of product recommendations and domestic sales.
· Taking the lead with buyers to secure the optimum distribution level & fixture space for all supplied products.
· Effectively manage & resolve all customer pricing and terms queries directly with the customer to ensure a healthy balance sheet and minimise financial risk.
· Ensuring a level of forecast accuracy that supports delivery of excellent Customer Service Levels & stock targets and informs the businesses financial planning cycle.
The successful candidate will already be operating as National Account Manager with the following experiences & attributes.
· Experience within an account management role dealing with major UK High Street (ideally top 4 food retailers) or Online Retailers
· Background in FMCG, Food Production, Health & Beauty, Manufacturing sectors
· Able to work independently and be able to manage own time.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
· A resilient highly driven individual who is career focused.
· Patient, calm and steady, with a certain degree of anti-stress ability.
· Excellent IT Skills with the full MS Office suite such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook are essential.

Salary: £21,026.26-£51,120.95 per year
