Avaliable Job Today We have an exciting opportunity for a National Account Manager (Amazon) to join a dynamic and passionate team responsible for driving the success of a well-known consumer brand company, rich in both heritage and plans for the future.
As our National Account Manager, you will be responsible for the growth and development of strategic key growth accounts within the Spectrum Brands portfolio. The role will also include working with and supporting the Senior National Account Manager and some additional support with ad-hoc business account tasks as appropriate.
The Role
- Development of the rolling a 3-year account growth plan.
- Collaborate with Line Manager and buyers to identify and grow opportunities with our brands and categories.
- Monitoring product sales and EPOS with further analysis to help drive sales growth.
- Attend monthly strategic meetings with all key stakeholders within the business.
- Cooperation with the Marketing Teams to optimise categories and search terms to drive traffic to product pages and generate interest, conversions and sales.
- Visual Merchandising - Review images/product information - maintaining the appearance, accuracy and standards of all brands and categories.
- Support Marketing on the amplification of ATL plans across all brands within your account portfolio.
- Monitor competitor activity to understand the marketplace/environment.
- Management of promotional plan and some ad-hoc account duties as required.
- Forecasting – work with in-house supply chain team to ensure solid forecast plans are in place.
- Plan Monthly advertising strategy both internally and with external agencies.
- Implementation of monthly promotional plan and key promotional events.
- Work with finance and accounts team to ensure accruals & debits are correctly logged and updated monthly.
About you
We are looking for someone with experience within Amazon or a candidate with a good level of National Account experience within a similar product category to us (Home & Personal Care).
This role will suits someone with a positive and proactive attitude, who is self-motivated and capable of working both independently and across functions.
As our National Account Manager, you must have the ability to handle multiple account management projects at a time, whilst maintaining sharp attention to detail.
You will have strong verbal and written communications skills and demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organisation.
You must be proficient in computer skills across MS Office (particularly MS Excel). The most important thing to us is cultural fit and someone who can demonstrate tenacity, passion and a can do attitude.
