The Opportunity: A very exciting and pivotal new role for a leading manufacturer in this arena. As National Account Manager you will be responsible for overseeing and developing sales of industry leading equipment and solutions through a professional and well established dealership network. This is an integral role where you will work very closely with the dealer network, their owners and managers, helping to continue their position as industry leaders, offering support through business guidance and use of the support team around you.

Skills Required
Essential
- Proven ability to manage B2B relationships
- A strong knowledge of agriculture and production systems
- Exceptional communication skills and the ability to converse with all levels of seniority
- The personality and commercial acumen to build strong working relationships with business owners and managers
- Experience of creating and implementing strategic plans
- A great team player, supporting and utilising the team around you
- Business savvy with experience of creating and implementing budgets
- Experience of creating sales plans, including the use of effective CRM systems
- Target driven and able to motivate a team to meet targets
Desired
- Previous experience of working with dealerships
