National Account Executive

Kinetic Enterprises Ltd are the leading supplier of ethical, natural and organic body care brands, herbal and dietary supplements. Supplying the health food industry, major retailers, pharmacies, department stores, lifestyle & concept stores for +35 years. We supply big name retailers, including Ocado, Morrisons, Holland & Barret, Sainsbury's, Look Fantastic, Wholefoods Market and Waitrose.
This is an exciting P/T 4 days a week opportunity for a National Account Executive to join this fast growing and entrepreneurial business based in North West London (Park Royal), where you will support the Head of Sales.
Working as part of a close knit team this is a unique opportunity to join a business where you can develop your skills and experience on a practical level!
Your primary focus will be supporting the Head of Sales grow key accounts through the provision of efficient adminstrative functions.
Duties
· Operate as key point of contact on general day to day requirements for developing online accounts
· Plan, develop and implement a business plan for the customers (national chains, multiples, e-tailers) and respective brands with the support of Head of Sales.
· Identify gaps and manage new listings across developing accounts
· Build and maintain strong relationships with relevant business accounts
· Liaise with the sales team on all new sales collateral- POS and plannograms
· Complete VIP accounts’ marketing support/advertising forms
· Follow-up with VIP account enquiries when required
· Design an annual promotional plan for each brand/developing online customer
. Working closely with customers to ensure new listings and activations
· Work on NPD listings with account portfolio
· Carry out monthly store and pricing checks on select accounts. Own internal communication and documentation including pricing document, promotional trackers
· Analyse regular EPOS Sales data for all accounts where available and other ad hoc analysis as required. Using excel create trackers to monitor EPOS
· Coordinate all new line and promotional forms to send out to each account at key launch times
· Support Head of sales with range reviews / trackers, retailer planograms (including introductions and discontinuations) when required
· Carry out ad hoc reports/projects requirements as required to support Head of Sales & extended team
What you’ll have:
. 1-2 years FMCG commercial experience is preferable
· Excellent Excel skills; capable of manipulating and analysing data
· The ability to interpret data and highlight potential opportunities for growth
· A wide business, brand and market knowledge, with an interest in health & beauty preferable
· Strong organisation and communication skills
· Attention to detail
· Be proactive and ability to work independently
