Job description
Responsibilities:
- Help the children get ready and take them to school and collect them at the end of the day and bring them home
- General housework like tidying, cleaning, and sorting laundry
- Engage children in age-appropriate activities, such as playtime, crafts, and educational games
- Assist with homework and school assignments
- Maintain a clean and organized home
- Follow parents' instructions regarding daily routines, discipline, and any specific care instructions
- Monitor children's behavior and intervene when necessary to ensure their safety and well-being
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding the child's activities, behavior, and any concerns that may arise
Skills:
- Previous experience working with children of various ages
- Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities effectively
- Strong communication skills to interact with both children and parents
- Patience, compassion, and a genuine love for working with children
- Basic knowledge of first aid and CPR is preferred but not required
