Job description
A Smryna family is seeking a playful and nurturing nanny who can keep up with an active and charming soon to be 4 year old boy! The family practices gentle parenting and are looking for an individual whose caregiver style aligns with this approach and also has extensive toddler/preschool age experience. Previous montessori experience is a plus. Ideal candidates are extremely reliable and are available Monday through Friday from 1:30 pm-8:30 pm. This is a long term position that is offering 35 guaranteed hours with a gross pay of $25-30/hr based on experience and a standard PTO package.
Nanny Requirements and Qualifications
- Must be willing to commit to at least one year with the family
- Must have valid drivers license and your own reliable transportation
- At least two years of prior experience in childcare settings with recent toddler/preschool experience
- Certification in infant and child first aid and CPR
- Willing to undergo a background check
- Practices must align with the gentle parenting approach
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
