A fantastic weekend position caring for one child on both a sole and shared care basis – ASAP start and hours to suit you!
Job Summary: I have the great delight of working with a returning client of Eden, who used our services for a maternity nurse, and are now seeking a weekend Nanny to support the care and development of their 13-month-old daughter. The charge will be on both a sole and shared care basis alongside Mum and Dad. The daughter attends nursery during the weekday as both parent are senior working professionals. The position will be supporting the established routine whilst also providing age-appropriate engaging activities to support her development.
General duties:
- Maintaining established routine e.g. nap and meal times
- Working alongside parents to care for child and work on a sole charge basis
- Preparing nutritious meals for the child and encouraging a well balanced diet
- General nursery duties
- Support with age-appropriate activities to encourage development
Candidate requirements:
- Have good communication skills
- Confident to work alongside parents
- Enhance DBS and paediatric first aid at offer stage
- Experience caring for children similar age
