Full Time Live-Out Nanny For CUTEST baby in Old Greenwich
Schedule: Monday - Friday.
Three days will be 7:00am-7:00pm and two days will be 8:30-6:00pm. 55 hours guaranteed weekly. The dad’s schedule changes weekly and the nanny will be given the schedule a week in advance.
Pay: $30ph paid through payroll or cash (nanny’s preference). Benefits include two weeks paid vacation, personal/sick days, federal holidays paid and off. Nanny vehicle provided for on-duty hours.
Start Date: Can hire anytime in August. Long term position. Flexible a little bit for the right nanny.
Children: The cutest, sweetest little baby girl who will be 9mo in August. Parents are planning on another child in 2 years.
This parents are relaxed, funny and fun to speak with. They’re self-admittedly a little nervous having a nanny for the first time and are looking for someone who can help put them at ease. They live a natural lifestyle and eat organic, fresh foods. They’re looking for a nanny who likes to prepare fresh foods for the baby.
The family are looking for a nanny who loves children and has attention to detail. Someone who has knowledge of infant and toddler milestones and can give advice, if needed. She’s maternal and enjoys doing activities, encouraging learning and helping the child become who she is going to be.
The general day-to-day will include daily activities, nap times, preparing child meals/snacks, arts and crafts, outdoor play, going to the parks, etc. They want a nanny who can create a weekly schedule and provide all aspects of childcare, emotionally, physically and educationally.
Responsibilities:
- Provide all aspects of childcare and supervision.
- Provide emotional and behavioral support and ensure a safe and clean environment.
- Bathing and dressing the child, as needed.
- Preparing healthy and nutritious meals/snacks daily.
- Child’s laundry, toy clean up, light organization, cleaning up after meals, seasonal clothing rotation, and other childcare related duties.
- Transport to and from and planning daily/weekly activities.
- Keep a tidy home after a day of play.
Requirements:
- Must love children and have a warm, friendly, outgoing, compassionate demeanor.
- Have a thorough understanding of infant and toddler milestones.
- Reliable work history of arriving on time and not calling out a lot.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving/criminal records.
- Minimum 3 years professional childcare experience with 3 references.
