Job description
We are currently looking for experienced and dedicated Muslim Female Support Workers to offer support to individuals with Learning Disabilities and/or Autism, complex needs and challenging behaviour. This advertisement is required due to the protected characteristics of the client group (Religion and belief).
We cover the areas of Westminster and Kensington & Chelsea.
Please note that this is an Outreach Support Role and you will be required to support individuals in the community on a day-to-day basis. No two days are the same in this enriching role.
Job Summary
- A wide range of shift patterns available.
- Wednesday - Saturday work available.

- Staff members must be fit and have the ability to walk for long periods at times.
- Supporting individuals to develop their daily living skills.
- Supporting clients with their emotional needs and support.
- Full paid training is provided.

Candidate Eligibility
In order to be considered for this position candidates will need to meet the following criteria:
- Candidates must live in London or within the M25 to apply.
- Vaccination for Covid-19.
- Willing to wear PPE when supporting clients.
- To take lateral flow tests when supporting our more vulnerable clients if/when required.
- Eligible to work in the UK
- The ability to communicate fluently in both written and spoken English is essential.
- At least one years' experience working with people with Learning Disabilities and or Autism.
- Please note that we don't offer job sponsorships.

Salary: £13.39-£15.69 per hour
