We are currently recruiting for a Multitask Night Auditor to join our team at Ibis and Ibis Budget Birmingham Airport.

We are looking for somebody who is full of energy, has a great personality and takes pride in giving great customer service whenever they can!

What will you be doing?

• Welcoming and greeting guests on check in;
• Answer and direct incoming calls;
• Inform guests of hotel rates and services;
• Make and confirm reservations for guests;
• Ensure proper room allocation;
• Issue room keys and direct guests to their rooms;
• Maintain clear and accurate records of guest room bookings;
• Compute all guest billings, accurately post charges to guest rooms and house accounts;
• Provide accurate information about local attractions and services;
• Process accurate payment of guest accounts;
• Audit daily hotel revenues and ensure all daily transactions are balancing across all systems.
• Ensure all financial discrepancies are justified and backed up.
• Attend F&B facilities and provide F&B services during night time.
• Assist in growing ALL program membership.

Work Experience

No previous work experience is mandatory, but the below skill set is preferred.

• Customer service orientation
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to multitask and prioritize
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work effectively under pressure
• Conflict resolution skills
• Flexible regarding work schedules

Job Types: Part-time, Zero hours contract
Part-time hours: 20-30 per week

Salary: £11.09 per hour
