Job Description:
- Analyze project needs, brainstorm with the marketing team and other professionals on the creative content, provide recommendations and develop appropriate design strategies.
- Estimate the cost of materials and timeline to complete the design.
- Perform in-depth research and gather materials to create multimedia content for print and digital design.
- Establish the overall look and graphic elements using software such as InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere, etc.
- Present portfolio and implementation plan with the marketing team to senior management.
- Develop marketing and promotional multimedia content before the deadline, such as graphics (including motion graphics, promotion posters, sales flyers, and banners), videos, audio, and animations to be used on the company’s website, Twitter, Instagram, WeChat, and offline campaigns.
- Coordinate all aspects of production for print, audio-visual or electronic materials.
- Edit and revise content based on internal feedback.
- Ensure the multimedia content’s adherence to corporate identity and brand guidelines.
Job Requirements:
- At least 3 years experience in a related position.
- College Diploma in Marketing, Communication, Art, Design, Graphic Design, or a related field.
- Strong English language skills.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, focusing on InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere, and After Effects, etc.
- The capability of graphic design, video editing, animation creation, etc.
- Strong design and production experience.
- Good sense of composition and creativity.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Demonstrate sound judgment and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work within tight deadlines and with close attention to details, to ensure consistently, accurate messaging through all channels.
- Adaptability and flexibility, including the ability to manage to compete for deadline pressures, ambiguity, and change.
