We aspire to have inclusive working experiences and an environment that reflects the audience we serve, where our people have equal access to career development opportunities, their voices are heard and can contribute to our future. About the role
Guardian Labs is Guardian Advertising's commercial content team producing "paid for" content for advertisers. We aim to make brands culturally relevant with our content, producing campaigns that our readers love with content that’s persuasive, playfully intelligent and educational.
In Labs we have the keys to the castle - we have the budgets, creative freedom and blank canvas to come up with ideas that are memorable and award worthy.
As a Multimedia Producer you will have production oversight of commercial branded content video, audio, and other multimedia within Guardian Labs. You can see some of the content the team create here.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Development and pitching branded content video and audio ideas to clients in response to a brand brief.
- Producing video and audio content using third party production companies, as well as line producing content “in house”.
About you
- You will have a keen interest in industry trends as well as our competitors’ video content.
- Confident pitching ideas to clients and agencies - both in person and in writing.
- Experience in budgeting your ideas - creating feasible timelines and have a clear vision of how the production will work.
- Comfortable managing relationships with clients, agencies and production partners.
