Age International is Age UK’s international charity, supporting older people living in poverty around the world. Our work makes a real, tangible difference to the lives of older people in low and middle-income countries, helping them access better health and care, delivering life-saving aid in emergencies and working to ensure older people have a secure income.
With a new brand recently launched, this is an opportune time to be joining the ambitious communications team at Age International as Multimedia Producer on a Fixed-term 2-year contract.
As Multimedia Producer you will produce and edit visual creative content for digital channels, commission content and ensure brand reputation is upheld, and work with the wider Communications team to plan and produce creative content including blog posts, articles, and social media posts.
This role is a great opportunity to showcase your creative skills to our internal teams and external digital audiences globally through the creation and distribution of highly engaging content for our website, social media channels and our donor communications.
We are a small team sharing the same common goal.

Please note that due to the Hybrid nature of this role, the successful applicant will be required to commute to the central London co-working hub on a regular basis, for example around four times per month.
Must haves:
- Solid copywriting and multimedia content production skills for digital channels, particularly social media
- A flair for creating creative digital content and energy to produce innovative content including videos and animations
- Proven experience in working with Photoshop, Premiere Pro, After Effects and Canva
- An aptitude for analysis and ability to use analytics tools such as Google Analytics
- Familiarity with using a website management system (CMS)
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to turn data into actionable content insights
- Ability to work independently and in collaboration with others to deliver successful tasks, projects, and campaigns
- Networking skills
- Content collection experience - conducting interviews and capturing photography
