About your new role:
Due to an exciting period of growth, NQC are on the look out for talented Multilingual Support Centre Representatives to join our Service Delivery department and provide support to global blue chip organisations. The main duties include:
- Supporting suppliers and clients using NQC Ltd online based products.
- Provide outbound calling to encourage completion of online assessments.
- Provide inbound support in response to telephone, email and online queries.
This is NOT a sales role, but Support Centre team members do undertake a significant amount of outbound calling on behalf of clients to confirm receipt of information and progress on completion of a requested on-line assessment.
About you:
We are currently recruiting for team members with excellent verbal and written communication skills in the following languages:
