Job Summary
We are looking for a multidisciplinary graphic designer to work with Proto Brand, to produce various collateral assets (mostly in Figma). This position will initially be part-time for a duration of 2 weeks, with an approximate workload of 20 hours per week. There is potential for the role to transition to full-time, offering a renewable 1-year contract.
Scope of work
- Creating images and banners for social media, emails, website blog, etc. (Figma)
- Conceptualize and execute a one-pager and whitepaper design (Figma)
- Occasional printing materials (Figma, AI)
- Experience using the following software:
- Figma
- Adobe Illustrator
- Adobe Acrobat
Nice-to-Haves
-
Experience with web design and UI design
- Experience with Presentation design (PowerPoint)
- Experience with PandaDocs
All current social and marketing materials are developed in Figma. If you don’t have a lot of experience working there but if you are willing and ready to learn it quickly and thoroughly - you can still apply. We require an advanced level of Figma knowledge - we utilize the majority of Figma’s functionality (libraries, component sets, auto-layouts) to keep our marketing assets structured and consistent.
Illustrator/Photoshop may be necessary for creating additional assets to use in creatives.
If you have experience creating presentations in PowerPoint - please share related examples. We would prefer a person to handle all our collaterals.
One of the key requirements is to keep all the produced assets and materials in order and organized (following asset naming conventions, keeping assets structured in Figma, etc.)
Depending on your portfolio, you may be asked to complete a paid test assignment (to see your ability to work in Figma or to see your ability to learn how to use Figma, as well as for checking your general design skills.).
Please apply with relevant work examples (collaterals, Figma files, Presentation and document design that you’ve created).
