Clarity Homes and Commercial are excited to give the right candidate the opportunity to join our fast growing team. If you are an experienced Multi Skilled Tradesman with great customer communication skills and at least 3 years experience, we want to hear from you.
Job title – Multi Skilled Tradesman
Location – Kent & Sussex
Do you have proven experience in at least 5 of the following skills?
- Plumbing
- Ground works
- Painting & Decoration
- Bathroom installations
- Handyman / Property Maintenance
- Kitchen installations
- Tiling
- Carpentry skills
- Fencing and decking
Additional experience in some of the following other trades will be a plus : -
- Patch repair
- Mastic application
- Tiling
- Carpet / LVT flooring fitting
- Carpentry
- Minor electrical
- PVC Window and Door installation and repairs
The successful applicant must possess the following skills: -
- Possess a “can do attitude”
- Excellent trade knowledge / workmanship
- Good time keeping
- Excellent customer service skills
- An ability to work on own initiative
- Good communicator
- Work well in a Team
Requirements: –
The successful applicant will have -
- Clean driving Licence
- Work reference from most recent employers
Paid Holiday, pension, company van can be discussed.
The role will be due to commence in January 2023.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: £25,000.00-£40,000.00 per year
